Refund policy

We hope you love your order. Each piece is carefully selected and packed with intention. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.



1. Change of mind (non-mystery items)


In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for non-mystery items only.


To be eligible for a return

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original packaging must be included

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect 




2. Mystery boxes & surprise items


Because mystery boxes are sold as surprise items, they are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind.


This does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives faulty or damaged.


 

3. Damaged or incorrect items


If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:

your order number

clear photos of the issue


We’ll always aim to resolve this fairly, either by replacement or refund where appropriate.



4. Hygiene & personal items


For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

hair accessories

beauty or personal-use items

earrings or similar accessories


This does not affect your legal rights in the case of a fault.



5. How to start a return


Please contact us via our contact page or email with:

your order number

the item(s) you wish to return

the reason for return


Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.



6. Refund exclusions


We reserve the right to refuse refunds where:

items show signs of use

packaging is missing or damaged

the return falls outside the stated timeframe


This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
