We want to keep our stock new and exciting, so once individual items sell out, they will most likely be replaced rather than restocked.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Once shipped, UK delivery typically takes 1–5 working days, depending on the service selected at checkout.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way. You can relax knowing it’s our priority to pack and ship your order with care.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.


Because mystery boxes are surprise items, they aren’t eligible for returns due to change of mind.
